There are personalization forms for each product requiring this information. All information on these forms MUST be filled out accurately, please. This will ensure that your personalized gifts are properly personalized for each loved one you are ordering for. This step is ESSENTIAL to the success of delivering your loved one the quality keepsake that you intended. (Some products are NOT personalized, but have information needed for them as well. You will recieve a confirmation e-mail and receipt of your order after submittal, so please be sure to submit a valid e-mail address. Review your personalization info and if errors are found, please e-mail us the corrections. If there is an error in your book due to our mistake, we will gladly replace the book free of charge. We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality in personalized books. To prevent errors, please double check your order forms before submitting them, and on the confirmations we send to you prior to shipping, and let us know ASAP if there are errors. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information that you supply to us. We will fix it however, at a minimal cost.

We accept payment through the shopping cart by PayPal. We also accept payment via check-by-mail. If you selected the PayPal payment option within the shopping cart, your order will be shipped when the payment has been processed.

Please Note: You MUST click the "Continue" link at the bottom of the last PayPal page to finalize order. We will receive the order and payment if you don't, but you will receive a notice that the order is "Incomplete" if you do not. This is a PayPal requirement in order to send the proper information back to the shopping cart. Thanks!

If you choose to send a check by mail, our mailing address is available on the Contact Us page to assist you in this process.

Simply take the PURCHASE TOTAL you have copied from the shopping cart, and pay this total via check by mail. ALWAYS including your ORDER NUMBER that you have copied down with your payment please. All payment details processed through the shopping cart are submitted through a secure server for your protection!

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico will require additional shipping. Please contact us for the additional shipping amount before placing your order(s). Thanks!
