Our Guarantee is simple.
If you are not satisfied with your gift merchandise for any reason, return it within 30 days
from the date of purchase, and we will replace it.
If the item is out-of-stock, we will replace it with a comparable product of equal value of your choosing.

(Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and
a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on merchandise returned that is not damaged.
Returns must be made within 30days of shipping date with an
e-mail prior to returning the item, describing the product that is being returned, with the reason for the return.
